Today is Sunday January 06, 2007 and we just got a call from a victim that we profiled on this site last week. It seems as though this site, www.FranklinSquiresLawsuit.com , is the only way to get the attention of the infamous CEO of Franklin Squires, C.Rick Koerber.

After being made aware that this client was profiled on our site, C. Rick Koerber HIMSELF sent this email to the Victim. We have decided to post it in it's entirety, as this is truly necessary for other victims to see how you are being played.

Warning, If you have not figured out that I have had issues with the law 12 years ago, then this will enlighten you. But, it is essential that you understand that you are not alone in your quest for justice, and that the information that you in these emails that were sent to this victim from Mr. C. Rick Koerber will tell you the true story of how the New Castle Holdings and Franklin Squires Team Plays.

Kill the messenger, and we MAY help you. You will not believe what was said in the emails below. We are members of the media, and to tell a poor Victim to essentiallty "Shut Up" or I will not have time to help you is insane. This is why we are publishing this on the International Wire Services.

The bottom line is that there are many of you reading this who most likely received the exact same letter. IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A LETTER LIKE THIS DEMANDING THAT YOU DO NOT CONTACT WESTERN CAPITAL OR ROBERT PAISOLA OR FRANKLIN SQUIRES, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU SEND US A COPY OF YOUR STORY IN A VERY DETAILED FORM AND FORWARD US THE LETTER THAT YOU RECEIVED FROM FRANKLIN SQUIRES PRESIDENT, C.RICK KOERBER to investigations@franklinsquireslawsuit.com and m.klein@utah.gov
